Receipts & Payments
Issue a receipt from the visit card and keep collections together in the Payments section.
How it works in EasyDoc
Bill the visit where you manage the visit.
Each visit card in the OPD queue has a Receipt action, so the front desk can bill a patient without leaving the queue.
Payments has its own section in EasyDoc, alongside Queue and Patients, and the services chosen at booking are recorded with every visit.
What you can do
Receipt from the queue
Generate the receipt for a visit from the Receipt action on the patient's card.
Payments section
A dedicated Payments module sits in the main navigation, next to Queue and Patients.
Services recorded with the visit
Services are selected when the visit is booked, so what was provided is captured with the appointment.
