How it works in EasyDoc
Find the right patient in seconds, every time they visit.
EasyDoc keeps a Patients directory for your clinic. Each patient is given a unique patient ID, shown alongside their mobile number, so two people with the same name are never confused.
When booking, search for an existing patient instead of re-entering details. On every queue card the patient's name, gender and age are visible at a glance, and files can be uploaded directly to the visit.
What you can do
Patients directory
A dedicated Patients section holds every patient registered with your clinic.
Unique patient ID
Each patient has an ID code shown with their mobile number on the queue card.
Search while booking
Select an existing patient from the booking form using search, rather than creating a duplicate.
Details on every card
Name, gender and age are displayed on each visit card in Today's OPD.
Upload files to a visit
Use Upload on a visit card to attach files to that patient's visit.
Past appointments
Previous appointments stay available under the Past tab of the Queue.
